The
main specialist areas undertaken by our matrimonial and
Family Solicitors include:
Separation / Divorce Solicitors
Divorce and separation can be a difficult and confusing
time for all family members. Our solicitors adopt
a sympathetic approach whilst aiming to handle matters
in a firm but conciliatory manner
Divorce and Relationship Breakdown
(including separation agreements)
Financial arrangements arising from Divorce or Separation,
including advice on pensions and business, upon divorce
Cohabitation
Cohabitants are not entitled to make financial claims
upon separation like their married counterparts, it is
therefore important to enter into a formal agreement prior
to living together.
- Cohabitation Agreements
- Pre-Nuptial Agreements
If it's too late we can prepare Separation Agreements
resolving financial matters.

Children
Issues in relation to children can be very distressing.
Our solicitors can offer advice and represent you at court
on all matters involving children.
- Residence
- Contact
- Parental Responsibility
- Change of name
- Removal from England
Collaborative Law
Collaborative Law is a new approach in resolving issues
upon divorce or separation. The aim is to allow
clients to separate with respect and dignity whilst also
placing the needs of any children as a priority.
Through the Collaborative Law process clients agree
in writing to reach settlement without the involvement
of the courts and clients control the process. This
enables the key decisions to be made by you and not
the courts.
We have a Collaborative Lawyer able to help you find
a solution through agreement rather than through conflict.
