  • Collaborative Law
Collaborative Law is a new approach in resolving issues upon divorce or separation.  The aim is to allow clients to separate with respect and dignity whilst also placing the needs of any children as a priority.

Through the Collaborative Law process clients agree in writing to reach settlement without the involvement of the courts and clients control the process. This enables the key decisions to be made by you and not the courts.

We have a Collaborative Lawyer able to help you find a solution through agreement rather than through conflict.
