All our Lawyers are specialists - this means that we can recognise the important issues in your matter at an early stage and act quickly to resolve them. If work is done on your case it will always be done either by a solicitor or trainee solicitor with post- graduate qualification. We do not employ paralegal fee earners and each department is partner led. JWP solicitors hold a contract with the Legal Services Commission to do publicly funded work - this means that we are able to advise and represent clients for certain catagories of work under what used to be called the legal aid scheme.   When we first see you we can assess your eligibility for public funding and assist you in completing the necessary paperwork.
