John WilkinsonDefence Solicitor Leeds/Wakefield and JWP Solicitors Partner.John Wilkinson qualified in 1996 and spent an initial period as an Assistant Solicitor in private practice specialising in Criminal Law. John was a co-founder in setting up JWP Solicitors. John holds the Higher Rights of Audience (Criminal Courts) qualification, enabling him to conduct cases himself without a Barrister at the Crown Court. He is also an accredited Criminal Law Duty Solicitor and has extensive advocacy experience in the Magistrate and Crown Courts as well as dealing with cases before the Court of Appeal and European Court of Human Rights. |
