Do I have a valid claim?
To be entitled to compensation the law in this country requires that there be fault on the part of the person or company against whom you are claiming. If the accident could have been prevented by reasonable means then there will usually be a claim. In spite of what the press would have us believe, common sense often prevails. In certain circumstances statutory regulations may apply and form the basis of a claim.
How do I go about making a claim?
Contact us as soon as you can after the accident has occurred and we will begin the process by writing a letter of claim to the party or parties whom we believe may be liable to pay compensation to you.
Will I have to pay?
Having discussed the case with you we will assess your case free of charge. If we believe that the prospects of winning your case are higher than 51% we will take on the case on a No Win No Fee basis and arrange legal expenses insurance cover for you without charge so that you do not have any legal costs to pay.

How long will it take?
This will depend upon a number of factors including whether the other party accepts responsibility and the time it takes for your injuries to reach a stage of recovery when it is appropriate for us to carry out a final assessment of the compensation that should be paid to you. We make sure that we and not the other party control progress. The majority of our cases tend to be concluded between 6 and 12 months.
How much compensation will I receive?
This will depend upon the nature and extent of your injuries and their effect upon your life particularly your job and ability to earn a living. This will be very carefully considered and assessed by us with the help of medical experts and specialist barristers if necessary. The amount of compensation that you receive for your injury and the pain and suffering caused is assessed in this country by reference to previous awards.
What do I need to do?
Contact us immediately. We will then take over full responsibility for the claim and all we require of you is your co-operation when needed.
