Our team includes members of the law society's children
and family panel, resolution and the criminal litigation
accreditation scheme. Three of our solicitors are higher
court advocates. We do not employ untrained paralegal
staff.
Wendy graduated in 1988 from Teeside University with law
degree. She has many years experience in Family Law, and
ancillary relief (financial disputes), particularly in
cases involving business assets and pensions. Wendy also
has vast experience with children proceedings such as
residence, contact and applications to remove children
out of the jurisdiction of England and Wales. Wendy Campbell is an Accredited member of Resolution, a Collaborative Lawyer and an Accredited member of the Children Panel, becoming a partner in 2003.
