Social Media, I am a little confused Part 1
Firstly I get the irony. Me giving Social Media a telling off whilst then promoting it through Social Media. Secondly your old I hear you shout. Yes I am and I fully understand that things change, I have come a very long way from my Dragon 32 as a teenager to a gleaming “I can do everything for you” smart phone. The customer is always right…
Speak to those involved in delivering the best customer service and the saying “the customer is always right” will come up somewhere in the conversation. Having worked in an industry driven by customer service for many years before joining JWP Solicitors, this ethos was drilled into our Practice Director at every opportunity, but what does it actually mean? The law of averages tells you that the customer cannot always be right, so does it mean that even when the customer is wrong, they are right?

Mention the word “lawyer” to the man on the street and an image of a middle-aged man or woman clad in robes and a wig will probably spring to mind. In reality this image represents a small proportion of lawyers and for those that do wear wigs, robes and gowns this represents a fairly small proportion of their time at work as well.

We are a law firm specialising in family law, care, personal injury, crime, wills, probate and licensing. We have six partners, seven associate solicitors and a trainee. I head up the firms well established family department.
