I am happy to announce that today we have secured the Law Society's law management quality mark, LEXCEL. Lexcel is developed specifically for the legal profession and is an optional, recognised accreditation scheme for law firms which gives assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards.
In order to gain the Lexcel Accreditation, we have had to undergo a rigourous assessment process, which included background checks and a lengthy on site-visit from an experienced, trained Lexcel assessor.
While we are very proud to have achieved the Lexcel accreditation, it is our clients and staff who will be the main beneficiaries. They can be assured that the way we manage the practice has their interests at heart and runs efficiently. There is clearly a lot of choice in the legal services market, but being Lexcel accredited demonstrates our commitment to client care and best practice.
Nicholas Fluck, President of the Law Society of England and Wales quoted "the scheme is a beacon of quality to clients and potential clients alike".
You can therefore be reassured that client care is at the top of our agenda across the whole business.
