We're looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our growing Family team. This full-time role will include audio typing, digital dictation, filing, diary management, drafting correspondence and handling telephone queries politely and professionally.
You must have excellent time-management skills with a high standard of typing accuracy. You should be able to take responsibility for and prioritise your workload calmly and efficiently. You will be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Good customer service skills are essential for building relationships with clients, guardians and local authority staff so you should have excellent communication skills and able to work as part of the team giving support to other secretaries when appropriate.
