How much will it cost?

All claims are funded by means of a no win no fee agreement and insurance so you do not have any payments to make

Do I have a valid claim?

To be entitled to compensation the law in this country requires that there be fault on the part of the person or company against whom you are claiming. If the accident could have been prevented by reasonable means then there will usually be a claim. In spite of what the press would have us believe, common sense often prevails. In certain circumstances statutory regulations may apply and form the basis of a claim.

How do I go about making a claim?

Contact us as soon as you can after the accident has occurred and we will begin the process by writing a letter of claim to the party or parties whom we believe may be liable to pay compensation to you.

We will assess your claim after our first discussion with you which is free and without obligation and after that your claim will be handled on a no win no fee basis so that you do not have to worry about the cost.

How long will it take?

Most cases take 6 to 12 months to conclude but this depends partly on whether the other party accepts responsibility and partly on the time taken for your injuries to reach a stage of recovery where we feel it is safe to consider settlement of your claim.  Otherwise, we control the time it takes, not the other party

How much compensation will I receive?

This will depend upon the nature and extent of your injuries and their effect upon your life, particularly your job and ability to earn a living. This will be very carefully considered and assessed by us with the help of medical experts and specialist barristers if necessary. The amount of compensation that you receive for your injury and the pain and suffering caused is assessed in this country by reference to previous awards.

What do I need to do?

Contact us immediately. We will then take over full responsibility for the claim and all we require of you is your co-operation when needed.
